Executive Assistant
Full Time, M-F 8:30am-5:15pm
The Executive Assistant will report directly to the President. We’re looking for someone that can multi-task with a positive and cheerful attitude. Applicants MUST be organized and comfortable working with confidential and time sensitive material. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining President’s calendar(s), e-mails, and messages.
- Providing customer service above and beyond client expectations. Ensures optimum customer service at all phases of contact.
- Maintaining and promoting professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications.
- Assuming and performing other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.
- Handling multiple projects.

Travel Assistant
Full Time or Consistent Part Time Schedule*, M-F 8:30am-5:15pm
The Travel Assistant will report to the Vice President of Operations or the Director of Leisure Travel. We’re looking for someone that is organized, exhibits high levels of customer service, and has strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the Vice President of Operations, Director of Marketing, and Director of Leisure Travel with various research and data entry projects.
- Providing customer service above and beyond client expectations. Ensures optimum customer service at all phases of contact.
- Maintain and promote professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications.
- Perform duties for the owners at an urgent level.
- Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.
- Maintain a positive, cheerful approach to all internal and external clients.
- Handle multiple projects.
- Offer professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications.
- Print out and prepare travel documents to be mailed out or picked up. In some cases, electronic documents will only be emailed.
- Process travel payments and invoice in Clint Base. Make seat assignments, request “surprise and delight” items, write thank you cards, update flights with frequent flier account numbers and TSA Pre Check/Global Entry numbers, etc.
- Communicate with suppliers in a professional manner and keep records of any changes made to bookings.
